How do I upgrade? After you purchase, a MyoVision representative will contact you within 1 business day to schedule your upgrade. This email will include a shipping form with information that you will need to fill out and send with your devices and a time frame for your scheduled upgrade.
Once we receive your devices, we will immediately start the upgrades and send you a notification when complete and ship your devices back to you.
Important:Please note the upgrade procedure is only available to MyoVision customers. If you purchased your system from anyone other than a MyoVision Representative and have not re-certified your machine, you must complete the re-certification instead:
