Terms:This is an annual prepaid service. You will be charged the annual rate stated as one lump sum, which will renew automatically on your annual renewal date. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we will notify you beforehand.
Cancellation:If you decide to cancel within 14 days of your order, you'll be fully refunded. Cancellations after 14 days will be non-refundable and service will continue until the end your subscription year.
Termination: If you wish to cancel your services for the following year, you must do so during the first month of the subscription. Notify your website administrator at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.
Declined Payments:If your payment is rejected or declined during the renewal and we are not able to contact you/update your payment within 5 business days, we will suspend your website until payment is made.
