Orders placed before 1 pm Pacific time will ship same day. Orders placed after 1 pm Pacific will be shipped on the next business day. Once an order has been placed successfully, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on the account used to place the order. Tracking information can be obtained by logging into the store website and going to the “Review orders / track packages” section of “My Account.” Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, you must have a physical street address.

Holiday Shipping: We do not ship on the following US holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. If any of these holidays fall on a weekend, we observe them the following business day.

International Orders: Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Certain countries charge additional customs fees and taxes and duties, which MyoVision/PBI cannot anticipate, and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Myovision/PBI cannot be held liable for any additional charges you may incur.
Please note: Customs' inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
