Payment Information:
You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, and every month after. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel. You must notify MyoVision of any changes to your payment information to avoid any payment or service delays.

Termination:You may cancel your web service within 14 days of your order for a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period. Terminations must be made 14 days before the next months billing cycle.

Declined Payments:If your payment is rejected or declined for any reason and we are not able to contact you/update your payment within 5 business days, MyoVision will suspend your service and website until payment is made.
