How do I return an item?

If an item is received damaged or has been incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-969-6961, option 3, immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund.

A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany returns.

We accept returns, exchange or refunds up to 30 days after the delivery of the product as confirmed by the courier. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused. "New, unaltered, and unused condition" is defined as follows:

  • no signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 30 days of the delivery date (after 30 days, no returns are allowed)
Items that have a different return policy will have a unique description on the sales invoice.

Refunds will be applied after we have received and inspected the condition of the item(s).

If the return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Items returned to after 30 days without contacting us prior will not be refunded.
