Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
  No, we do not ship to PO Boxes online. If you would like your order shipped to a PO Box, please contact us at: (800) 969-6961
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.
What is your return/exchange policy?
  RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
  • We accept returns & exchanges up to 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Downloadable items are not eligible for return.
  • To be eligible for a refund, returns must be received in new condition, unused and still in it's original packaging. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to refusal.
  • A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany all returns & exchanges.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Specific items with a different return policy will have a unique description on the sales invoice.
REFUNDS:
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for any signs of use or damage.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment, minus your original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment.
  • Items returned after 30 days without contacting us prior will not be refunded.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs of your return.

  • Ship your package back to us using a carrier of your choice.
  • Include your original invoice with your return.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. If your items are in stock, orders placed before 1pm PST will be shipped same day. To track the status of your order, go to "My Account / Order Status" at the bottom of the webpage. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
