Our latest ScanVision Design is fitted with a user-replaceable front-end piece, allowing you to replace the whole front module in seconds, effectively giving you a like-new device. Regular replacement of your front-end should be part of your routine maintenance for your ScanVision Scanning sEMG. Regular routine maintenance will ensure the longevity of your devices, the accuracy of your results, and prevent costly repairs and damage that can occur.
We recommend replacing your front end each year or at approx 1800 scans. Whichever comes first.

- You purchased your ScanVision in early 2017
- Your ScanVision has a WHITE top button
- Your serial numbers range between D7008500 - D7009318
- Is there a small screw on the bottom near the serial label? See the photo below.

A front end module consists of a brand new circuit board and posts - these components are the first to see wear and tear, especially when regular cleanings and proper maintenance are not performed. Corroded posts and even damaged boards used to be an expensive, time-consuming repair, now made simple by allowing you to replace the whole front end with one screw.
